Unconstitutional & Brutal Action @ OccupyLA Eviction MUST SEE!

This is What Fascism Looks Like;
Time is short before we are all enslaved! Do Something, Anything TODAY RIGHT NOW, to get the word out and make difference.
This is our Planet and We Are, The People and the Social Contract is NOW OFFICIALLY BROKEN!

Here is the RAW, UNCENSORED, first-hand point of view of my brutal arrest at the Occupy LA Raid that took place on November 29th-30th, 2011, that clearly illustrates several constitutional and human rights violations, most notably the Freedom of Press. As a rapper-journalist, I must share this with the world.

Around 1:10 you can clearly hear Officer Pedrosa tell me, “You can videotape all you like; the light has to go out.” at which point I turn the light off on my cameraphone. Moments later around 3:07 you see an officer come out of nowhere, where he lunged at MY CAMERA! The cameraphone went flying, at which point he violently dragged me from the crowd behind the line of police. At 3:16 and from that point on, the cameraphone is on the ground and the rest of the video is pretty much audio of the event, where you hear people attempt to help me, shouting “Police Brutality” and my beuatiful partner doing everything in her power to stop them from attacking me. The police brutally ripped me from the crowd as they wanted NO cameras or documentation of the event taking place in direct violation of our constitutional right to Freedom of Press.

I was tackled by several cops, violently slammed to the ground, my head ground into the cement tiles of Solidarity Park, with what seemed to be a dozen cops on top of me. My arm was injured and I am still sore, with plastic cuffs put on me extremely tight, cutting off my circulation til my hands were blue. One cop at the Metro detention center later said, “Wow, those cuffs are on very tight!” I was handed off to other cops to hand me off to other cops to hand me off to other cops to hand me off to a sheriff who put me on a bus with other people being arrested, all done vey tactfully,

Around 4:05, my partner recovers my cameraphone and the screen goes black, with audio being documented of the scene and of her unlawful arrest. She was simply observing my arrest to make sure that they did not brutalize me further, at which point she becomes targeted for her observation of my arrest. You can clearly hear her arrest at 6:16, where the officer tells her that she would be arrested if she did not leave. She begins to leave and is immediately arrested.

The rest of our arrests is documented here audio only and around 10:31 you see a cop put the cameraphone into a a bag as part of my partner’s property. Thankfully the phone is back in my possession and I am sharing this footage with all of you – footage that the LAPD desperately tried to steal and censor

As you hear me repeat in this video, “The People of California do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies that serve them.”

The main reason that I want to put this up is so all can see that I was targeted by the LAPD for documenting this historic event on film. This is in direct violation of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution:

Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Also note Occupy LA was in complete compliance with the First Amendment, as it is our right to free speech, free press, to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances; and in accordance with a resolution passed by the Los Angeles City Council to let us gather there indefinitely.

In Love and Solidarity,
Guido

Time 2 Remember Change & FINALLY MAKE “IT” HAPPEN!

(MC Yogi Video 2008)

Given the choices is there really one?

I hope my friend MC Yogi does a 2012 version of Vote for Hope. Until then this Vote for Hope Video is EXCELLENT! I first heard the song and met MC Yogi at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado. I was there at the invitation of the Convention to premiere “Y Yoga Movie” August 2008. Seems like a lifetime ago. This past week i have felt glimmers of the Obama I loved and supported…
Maybe change is back on the table… Time for us to REMEMBER CHANGE & MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Please share your thoughts, comments and feelings here regarding your hopes, dreams and inspirations for change we can believe in! Time to begin the conversation and take advantage of a Guttenburg press moment as an “agent of change” (Eisenstein)

Corporate America’s Fatal Mistake:
by trying to destroy us they have given birth to a movement!

Michael Moore on the Economic and Financial Terrorism from the Financial Sector… Time for the people who planned, then  engineered and are now responsible as well as benefiting from this meltdown of our beautiful individual honoring democratic system, to go to jail.  The Billionaires are terrorists and need to be brought to justice for FINANCIAL TERRORISM WITH THE PREMEDITATED GOAL OF ENSLAVING US ALL!

America Is NOT Broke …the Madison speech by Michael Moore
Delivered in Madison, Wisconsin on Saturday, March 5th, 2011. Video above.

America is not broke.

Contrary to what those in power would like you to believe so that you’ll give up your pension, cut your wages, and settle for the life your great-grandparents had, America is not broke. Not by a long shot. The country is awash in wealth and cash. It’s just that it’s not in your hands. It has been transferred, in the greatest heist in history, from the workers and consumers to the banks and the portfolios of the uber-rich.

Today just 400 Americans have the same wealth as half of all Americans combined.

Let me say that again. 400 obscenely rich people, most of whom benefited in some way from the multi-trillion dollar taxpayer “bailout” of 2008, now have as much loot, stock and property as the assets of 155 million Americans combined. If you can’t bring yourself to call that a financial coup d’état, then you are simply not being honest about what you know in your heart to be true.

A 99’er Welcomes Suicide

Things are freakin upside down… People are dieing, and know one cares. I care and after you check this out it is my hope that you will care too and we the people will take a stand.

To the unemployed, sick, disabled and poor:
Hello,

I’m unemployed over two years now, a 99er without any benefits for three months. I followed Unemployed Friends almost from its start, never posted until now, but am grateful for my time with you all. I did as asked with calls and e-mails, etc. I’ve a confession to make to you all. I’m a criminal.

I’ve obeyed the 10 commandments and all laws except: I’m unemployed and that’s now a crime, I’m poor and that’s a crime, I’m worthless surplus population and that’s a crime, I’m a main street American Citizen born and raised in the USA and that’s now a crime, and I’m euthanizing myself as I write this note — so arrest my corpse. This isn’t a call for help, the deed is done, it’s not what I wanted. Death is my best available option. It’s not just that my bank account is $4, that I’ve not eaten in a week, not because hunger pangs are agonizing (I’m a wimp), not because I live in physical and mental anguish, not because the landlady is banging on the door non-stop and I face eviction, not that Congress and President have sent a strong message they no longer help the unemployed. It’s because I’m a law abiding though worthless, long-term unemployed older man who is surplus population. Had I used my college education to rip people off and steal from the elderly, poor, disabled and main street Americans I would be wearing different shoes now — a petty king. Hard work, honesty, loving kindness, charity and mercy, and becoming unemployed and destitute unable to pay your bills are all considered foolishness and high crimes in America now. Whereas stealing and lying and cheating and being greedy to excess and destroying the fabric of America is rewarded and protected — even making such people petty king and petty queens among us.

Dear Mr. President Obama by Joey Lugassy

My good friend Joey Lugassy shared his letter to President Obama and Obama’s response with me… I asked permission to publish here… Joey and I park our hybrids in the same garage! With friends like him I know I am not alone… Thank you Joey for representing!

Much Love,

Arthur

Mr. President and barackobama.com,

I have stood by and with you from the beginning. But please answer this – Why aren’t there 30,000 troupes along the shore making sure that this doesn’t hit beaches and marshland? Why do I see locals with a 5″x 5″ napkin wiping single blades of grass? Why do I see someone with a kitty litter rake trying to rake up oil from the sand?

  • I AM COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED AND DISILLUSIONED BY OBAMA AND HIS ADMINISTRATION!!!
  • 56 DAYS AND WE’RE STILL TALKING AND LETTING THESE PIG LIARS RUN THINGS IN THE GULF?
  • WHY AREN’T THE BEST ENGINEERS, MARINE CORP AND NAVY TAKING OVER??!!??

You mean you can’t devise a wide vacuum suction to skim the water at 200′ wide? Hell, I KNOW people that can do this!!!

YOU CAN’T HAVE TRACTORS WITH 100′ RAKES???
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU???

GET TO WORK!!! IT’S ALREADY WAY TOO LATE!!!!!

OUTRAGED!

Joey Lugassy

RESPONSE FROM OBAMA “PEOPLE”

In a message dated 6/14/2010 8:56:43 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time, info@barackobama.com writes:

Joey —

The BP oil spill in the Gulf Coast is the worst environmental disaster of its kind in our nation’s history. I am returning to the region today to review our efforts and meet with families and business owners affected by the catastrophe.

We are working to hold BP accountable for the damage to the lands and the livelihoods of the Gulf Coast, and we are taking strong precautions to make certain a spill like this never happens again.

But our work will not end with this crisis. That’s one of the reasons why last week I invited lawmakers from both parties to join me at the White House to discuss what it will take to move forward on legislation to promote a new economy powered by green jobs, combat climate change, and end our dependence on foreign oil.

Today, we consume more than 20 percent of the world’s oil, but have less than two percent of the world’s oil reserves. Beyond the risks inherent in drilling four miles beneath the surface of the Earth, our dependence on oil means that we will continue to send billions of dollars of our hard-earned wealth to other countries every month — including many in dangerous and unstable regions.

In other words, our continued dependence on fossil fuels will jeopardize our national security. It will smother our planet. And it will continue to put our economy and our environment at risk. We cannot delay any longer, and that is why I am asking for your help.

Please stand with me today in backing clean energy. Adding your name will help Organizing for America create a powerful, public display of support for making this change happen.

The time has come, once and for all, for this nation to fully embrace a new future. That means continuing our unprecedented effort to make everything — from our homes and businesses to our cars and trucks — more energy-efficient. It means rolling back billions of dollars of tax breaks to oil companies so we can prioritize investments in clean energy research and development.

Many businesses support this agenda because shifting to clean energy creates opportunities for entrepreneurship. This is how we will reinvent our economy — and create new companies and new jobs all across the country.

There will be transition costs and a time of adjustment. But if we refuse to heed the warnings from the disaster in the Gulf — we will have missed our best chance to seize the clean-energy future we know America needs to thrive in the years and decades to come.

The House of Representatives has already passed a comprehensive energy and climate bill, and there is currently a plan in the Senate — a plan that was developed with ideas from Democrats and Republicans — that would achieve the same goal. But this is an issue that Washington has long ignored in favor of protecting the status quo.

So I’m asking for your help today to show that the American people are ready for a clean-energy future.

Please add your name to mine:

Thank you,

President Barack Obama

Dear Mr. President Obama, Jail for Tony Hayward – Seize BP Assets

Dear Mr. President Obama,

The American Government has to lock up Tony Hayward CEO BP as well as others and give him a new life behind bars… The Government also needs to seize all of BPs assets until they make everyone whole… BP just announced a 10 billion dollar dividend to their stock holders… The company is beginning to divest so there is nothing left to pay damages…

You can’t be that clueless to suggest that you have no problem with BP divesting assets and profits in light of their massive liability!

Right Now U should be seizing their assets.  Keep being a centrest  and supporting big business while ignoring the middle CLASS and you will surely be a 1 term ineffective President!

Sincerely,
Arthur Klein
