PoHY: Power, Peace & Play Events
Join Arthur Klein and Ricky Tran for an introduction to Pursuit of Happiness YOGA PPP Events. The PPP stands for Power, Peace and Play; Powerful Asana, Peaceful Meditation and Playful Reflection of Spirit. During our time together we will ask questions like who am I, how do I experience myself with honor, how do I respond to life with the intention of making every moment an honoring of spirit; all with the desired result of finding happiness in every breath!
The intention is to combine asana and spirit so as to integrate yoga and meditation keeping its energy alive inside, long past the actual asana class. With PoHY, the effect is to carry your practice into the rest of your life, living and being yoga 24/7 with the result of creating universal happiness that emanates from within and radiates throughout honoring our journey.

Many yoga classes are out there, and you may be turned off if you pick one that does not suit your personality and state of physical fitness. For most beginners, a hatha or vinyasa class will be most appropriate, depending on whether you want a slow or fast-paced class. These are basic styles, and you can always try something fancier later.
i completely agree… Thank you for joining the conversation… where are you located and how is the yoga there?
